View and download statistics on Paperless Enrollment transactions. Download a summary view of enrollment counts or a detailed view with all transactions.
How to View All Paperless Enrollments
- Login to Yearli Portal.
- Select "Reports" from the left pane or select "Manage Reports" from the main page.
- Select "Paperless Enrollment" from Transactions.
- Select "All" for the Date Range.
- Select the "Run Report" button.
The report will return a summary view for all recipient accounts. The enrollment counts are grouped by enrollment status such as Enrolled, Never Enrolled, etc.
How to Filter Results
Select a date range to filter results. The date range filter is based on when the recipients enrollment status was updated.
How to Export Results
After running a report you can download a *.csv file with a summary view of the enrollment counts.
- Select the "Summary" button.
To export a detailed view listing all recipients and their paperless enrollment status select the "Download" icon to the right of the enrollment status row. This will download a *.csv file to your device. Note: The "Downloads" directory is a default location for most browsers.
TIN Masking - By default all TIN's in the exported data will be masked showing only the last 4 digits. If you would like to export the data with the full TIN visible turn off the TIN Masking toggle located in the upper right corner of the Paperless Enrollment page.
Enrollment Statuses
- Enrolled - The Recipient is enrolled in Paperless Delivery for the current tax year.
- Pending - The Recipient is not enrolled in Paperless Delivery for the current tax year but they are enrolled for future tax years. The Pending status occurs when a Recipient enrolls after the Enrollment Expiration Date. The Recipient will receive a paper copy of their tax form(s) this year but not in subsequent years.
- Removed by Management User - A Management user removed the Paperless Enrollment for the Recipient. This is usually due to removing terminated Recipients enrollment.
- Removed by Recipient - The Recipient was enrolled in Paperless Delivery but removed their enrollment by going into their Settings options in Online Form Portal.
- Never Enrolled - The recipient has never enrolled in Paperless Delivery. This is either because they have never logged into Online Form Portal or they selected to receive paper copies.
