View and download current and historical activity for inserted or updated recipient accounts. 

How to View Recipient Data Review Activity

  1. Login to Yearli Portal.
  2. Select "Reports" from the left pane or select "Manage Reports" from the main page.
  3. Select "Recipient Accounts" from Management Activity.
  4. Select a Tax Year (Note: This represents the application year action was taken).
  5. Select a Sort By option
  6. Select the "Run Report" button.

Sort By Options

  • Update Account - Activity taken to update an existing recipient account.  This activity is both from the management side and updates made by the recipient such as updating their email address in Online Form Portal.  
  • Insert Account - View activity from Management Users who added new individual recipient accounts using Yearli Portals "Add New Recipient" option in Recipient Accounts.  Note:  This does not include recipient accounts created from file uploads.

How to Filter Results

To filter results select the filter icon next to the Sort By choice box.   

After the filters are set select the "Run Report" button.

How to Export Results

After running a report you can download a *.csv file with a summary view of the results.  

  • Select the "Summary" button. 

TIN Masking - By default all TIN's in the exported data will be masked showing only the last 4 digits.  If you would like to export the data with the full TIN visible turn off the TIN Masking toggle located in the upper right corner of the page.
